The female mafia that turns trust into economics
Madrid, October 2025 – CEAS 1. fem. of CEO - CEAS is not a club. Nor is it a networking space or a place to go to listen to talks about female empowerment. CEAS is a women's lobby, created to boost the economy and grow the projects and businesses of its members. A family of leaders who meet at private dinners, bound by codes of honor and loyalty, where business is done differently: among women, personally, creatively, and above all, with a focus on results.
The challenge
To build an intimate and powerful network capable of generating real economic impact.A system where relationships are not superficial, but strategic, actionable, and sustainable over time.
The idea
CEAS functions as a family of C-level women from different sectors, finance, politics, art, technology, real estate, the third sector, fashion... women from different generations.
All under a clear code that challenges the famous phrase attributed to Al Capone: Everything personal, everything business. A claim that speaks to the natural way in which women feel comfortable negotiating, applying emotional intelligence to rationality.

Private, confidential, monthly dinners and events.
No audience. No press, by invitation only.
What happens at the table stays at the table, but always with a common goal: to grow projects, protect oneself financially, and build collective power.
CEAS was born in Spain and is now beginning its international expansion, starting with Mexico, establishing itself as a unique model of female lobbying.
