Inditex represents 174 different cultures within the same company. Different beliefs, gestures, languages, and dialects, different people who must understand each other to continue being the best company. The challenge arises when, in addition… you want to celebrate the day of cultural diversity 😉

A real experience where we reached out to all company employees, asking them to give something to someone for the first time. 164,000 people who don’t know each other and connect with one another without dialogue, without physical or digital interaction, 164,000 people who feel emotional when they meet for the first time and give each other the gift they’ve decided represents them.

We mobilized the emotion of surprise—the emotion caused by not knowing someone and having to think about what to give a stranger to introduce yourself without words, to introduce yourself deeply without knowing who they are.

It was a project full of emotion, where we managed to make people who work at Inditex connect, create, and promote dialogue and respect.
